Terms and conditions

1. Clients can upload their tracks in the following ways:
   1. Asking for a uniqe FTP access on the nonstudio server
   2. With Dropbox
   3. Using file sharing websites like Sendspace
   4. Uploading them to any webserver and sending the links
   5. With regular mail on CD or DVD discs
2. Clients are responsible to pay postage, in case any occurs.
3. Every order is priced individually.
4. Prices are settled based on the number of tracks, song length, music style, sound quality of the source materials, the amount of required editing, and the complexity or duration of the whole production process.
5. The initially quoted price contains two reviews of the finished song if needed. Each additional revision costs 5-20% more based on their complexity and/or duration.
6. Songs should be paid one by one. Otherwise at least 50% advance payment is required (e.g. when mixing and/or mastering full albums).
7. Clients have the chance to listen to a "beep" protected version of the finished song (up to the third version) before making a payment.
8. Further - more than two - modifications are made only after clients have paid the initially quoted price. After completing the payment clients get the third version of the given song without the "beep" copy protection. Additional versions will be copy protected again until all extra charges have been paid.
9. Nonstudio reserves the right to cancel or terminate any order at any phase of the labour process or production.
